I wrote "create a stress course" in a notebook of mine in May of 2022 because I was so worked up about how much we're lied to about the effects of chronic stress on longterm health.
Learning I'm autistic just months after, and then dealing with burnout, took me off course.
When I was ready to get back on course, I not only forgot where I was going, but was trying to get there quickly.
Well, that's not how this works.
So when I first released Bautie Awareness in January, it wasn't exactly what I had envisioned.
I wasn't trusting my intuition, and I released Bautie Awareness and the burnout guide far sooner than I should have, in a way that I didn't want to.
So I decided to go back to the drawing board and do it the way I initially wanted to - regardless of how long it takes.
I'm definitely proud of this new version - it's almost exactly what I've been envisioning.

This version includes information about the autonomic and somatic nervous systems, two new wheels (the stress wheel and the release wheel), and a journaling section.
