FREE Workshop Information

One thing about me is I’m known to get on my soapbox when I feel passionately, and that’s what this workshop series is all about.



At a time where we all just want to feel a little less stressed out, there’s a lot of BS health and wellbeing information floating around out there promising quick fixes or promoting things that don’t necessarily have adequate research yet. Frustratingly, it’s hard to combat those types of viral messages with accuracy because the truth and nuance aren’t quick or universally applicable to everyone.


To begin to address this, I wanted to find a way to dive into things in more detail than short-form content creation allows, while also creating an opportunity for questions and answers. My goal is to help you manage stress and improve quality of life by empowering you with information.



These workshops are not ND-specific; they are for anyone who wants to dive deeper into topics related to areas of physical health like movement, stress management, nutrition, sleep, and other “lifestyle behaviors” that contribute to our overall wellbeing with the security of knowing there will be every effort made to avoid ableist assumptions or triggering language related to mind and body. If you are trying to manage your quality of life while also living with chronic disease or illness, this may be the place for you.


Last, worth mentioning, as someone who struggles with disordered eating and body image issues, I will never discuss health and wellbeing for the purpose of changing the body. I will never assign moral value to foods like “good/bad”. Food and movement are approached as nutrition and somatic release.



  • The workshops will be streamed through YouTube and are always accessible in this playlist.

  • Everyone watching will be able to interact with one another via chat and there will be time for questions and answers at the end of each. 

  • The workshops will remain on YouTube to be viewed later so you can always catch them afterward if you aren’t able to attend live.

    • The advantage of attending live is the ability to interact with/meet others who are interested in those same topics and ask any related questions you may have. 



  • Workshops will usually be the first weekend of each month

  • For now, we’ll start with Sundays at 2pm Eastern and see how that slot works out.

    • Feel free to leave a comment if you have any day or time preferences to add.

  • I’ll be doing a short blog post for each workshop that will include the topic and some additional details



  • Since these are workshops, there will be downloads for your use during and after!

    • These are always optional

  • Download documents will be linked in each workshop blog post

  • The download link will be available at least 72 hours before the workshop

    • with the exception of the first workshop on April 7th which will be available 24 hours before

  • Everyone who downloads the workshop documents prior to the presentation will automatically receive a PDF of the presentation slides afterward
